Zanac (Zanac A.I.) is a vertically scrolling shoot em up Japanese Compile developed arcade computer game from 1986. The game was released by the Japanese Pony Inc.

Zanac was originally released on the MSX platform in Japan and Europe.
After the resounding success of the game was converted, but not before the game had undergone adjustments, some game to the Nintendo NES and Famicom Disk System, NES with a disk drive-extension, which was only available in Japan.
The NES version was subsequently further modified and eventually appeared as Zanac Ex exclusively for the MSX2 computer.
